I originally arrived at about 6:30am with Jack. I didn't have to wait long for Dr. Russell to see Jack. His diagnosis came equally as quick. From the time I first arrived to when I left, everyone was friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience or the people who make up Triangle VRH.
Capable and compassionate staff have helped us twice during difficult times.
During Christmas 2014 while on vacation visiting family, our mini schnauzer had to be euthanized. Everyone at Triangle VRH was incredibly accommodating and empathetic toward us. Dr. Laura Russell was amazing. The facilities are very clean and up to date. Dr. Russell appeared to be using the latest technology as well as she reviewed our dog’s X-rays and test results with us via an iPad.
I'm so glad I found them because they made our experience better. I mean, having to euthanize your family pet of 10 years is a very emotional experience-- one that doesn't need the added problems of whether or not you are being treated professionally as a customer and empathetically as a person.
After arriving back home, the following week, we received a sympathy card from Triangle VRH signed by everyone on staff. What a thoughtful thing to do!
