Summary - we highly recommend this cleaner. and we will continue to use Parc for our dry cleaning
We have used Parc cleaners every week for the past 3 years - Mr.Lee does great work, and the prices for cleaning are very reasonable. We have also had some light tailoring work done by him - again, he does very good work, but the tailoring prices are a little high.
I will never back here. This is the worst service I got ever. I sent my brand new dress there and got back with several stains on it. Even more, my silk dress got a hole at the bottom which I found after I back home. Here is the way they do business: If they can't clean the stains, even if the stains made by their own, they will just throw the clean fee to your face and refuse to talk with you anymore. So if you want to risky your expensive dress and prepared be insulted by the owner, then go ahead. Good luck!
I will never go back to this place. Their policy is that you pay in advance. Great. No problem. We took 2 pairs of shorts to be hemmed. We paid in advance. I went to pick them up today and was told we owed 3x the original amount we paid. They never called to let us know. I don't know many places that quote you a price, then in order to get your stuff back tell you its 3 times as much.... Just bad business...
Horrible experience. Terrible customer service...I had one sweater to get cleaned that had a few small stains on it and none of the stains were removed..isn’t that the entire point of a dry cleaner? I would never recommend this to anyone
Never again! Had one pair of slacks to be hemmed. Paid in advanced, but nothing was done at pick up. Explained again to owner that they need to be hemmed. Second pick up: nothing was done, instead the owner told me, that they don't need to be hemmed but that I wear them not correct. Please??? Owner is unfriendly, unprofessional and has nasty attitudes.
