Has convenient drive up. Seems expensive, but had a lot of items cleaned.
I'm very impressed with Medlin Davis Cleaners. We have been using them for the past 5 weeks and have been very happy. They provide quality dry cleaning services slightly higher in price but very worth it. Our clothes are ready for pick up promptly. They offer discounts on a monthly basis. Also, it's extremely helpful for receive an email when our pick up is ready. The staff is extremely friendly. We left another local cleaners and glad to have found Medlin Davis!
The manager here is rude and has terrible customer service. I do not even know how she has a job. She is pure white trash and treats her customers the same way. When she screwed up my clothes she didn't even act like she cared. i will never do business at this place again and i will make sure all of my doctor friends know what a trashy place this is and how trashy she is so they don't take their clothes there. you need to find another manager who is classy and doesn't talk about her personal life with the customers while others are waiting because no one cares about your drama in your life. i hope you get another manager at this place because it's sad i have to go out of my way to use another cleaners because of her.
I am always impressed with the service at Medlin-Davis. My husband and I moved to the area in August. The manager, Tammy, remembered my name after my first visit. She has always greeted me by name with each subsequent visit and my clothing is always done perfectly. Thank you!
I dropped off a suit to be cleaned and have a button repaired. The button wasn't fixed, the younger staff was unsympathetic and sent me to the tailor next door. If this is supposed to be the best option for dry cleaning in Holly Springs, I didn't experience it. Pricey and didn't complete the work as requested.
