These guys are looking only after their profit, not even to get the job done! They just charged me with almost 50 buck for plugin and pairing my new 2 TPMS sensors with my vehicle (without even balancing) and they assured me in front that they are able to do that! After they finished, they told me that my vehicle's computer has a problem and it's not accepting my sensors but they still has to collect my money for their try! One hour later I was able to pair the sensors myself and I came back to tell them that, my vehicle's computer is fine and the problem is on their side and they should not promise and even charge for job that they are not even able to do. Not to mention that they purposely lied to me that my computer is not working right! I came back just to hear "Sorry" and to get my overcharged money back, but they refused to do either of it!!! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT JOB!!
Having just recently moved to Holly Springs, I've only been to Carroll's once, but my experience was good. I only had my oil changed and ties rotated. They advised me that my battery sounded weak because the starter seemed hesitant. They tested the battery, and it tested weak. I hadn't noticed it before this visit, so I thought they were just trying to up sell me on an unnecessary new battery. Then my adult son drove my van a few days later, and he said the same thing. So, I felt better about Carroll's. However, I still don't notice the starter hesitating. I guess I'll be back at Carroll's for a new battery soon before I get stranded somewhere.
This is the only place I trust with my car! I'm treated like family! Great service and very affordable! This place won't try to rip you off like others! Lifetime customer here!
Family owned. My family has been coming here for almost 10 years and they have always been very honest helpful and friendly. Their work is garanteed and they have always taken great care of our vehicles. Great people. I would absolutely recommend Carroll's to anyone who doesn't like to feel like they got ripped off.
