Great place, friendly staff. They get SUPER busy so you MUST have patience. Other than that, ask a staff member to help you and they will be happy to assist or answer questions.
Ok place to pick up higher than average priced animal toys and services. Took my dog for a nail trim package with several other treatments added. Not worth the price. Better off finding someone who does nails on the side.
The fish department is great!!! Tanks are clean and staff is knowledgeable, unlike most other chain stores. Great 30 day warranty on freshwater, which is double their competitors. I've been to many pet stores and this location is the best in the area.
We took our lap/German shepherd mixed dog here for his summer trim. They cut his fur as if he were a poodle, trimming him very close in the body and leaving the hair on his ears long. They even shaved his tail. This was last week and the poor guy still looks morose.
We came here to pick up supplies for our rats, and the staff here were super helpful! They came up with a bird and let our kids pet it. They also match prices online, so if there is a sale on their website, they will match it in store!!
Helpful people, very nice. Prices are pretty high, granted it's all high products; but, even the treats and toys. Wal-Mart is close enough to get the toys at half price.
I'd give them 1/2 a star if Icould.
