Overcharges and does not fix the problem. Rude and physically hostile.
B&B Roofing installed the roof on my house several years ago. Everything went smooth and without delays. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I purchased roofing from B & B Contracting, Inc. at 4529 Goosehaven Lane, Holly Spring NC in February 2003. According to the paper work signed by John Black, there was a two year installation warranty included and the shingles have a 25 year warranty period.
As a consumer doing business with your organization, I would expect the people I paid money to, to return my calls and honor my warranty from Certainteed.
When I sold my home, several small issues popped up on my inspection report. Larger roofing companies were only interested in installing a new roof and would not consider looking at "small" jobs. A colleague recommended B & B, and they came instantly to fix the repairs well before my fast approaching closing date. I liked them so much that I hired them to fix several larger issues that popped up on the inspection report on my new house. They attended to them in the same professional and timely matter. They are trustworthy, dependable, with reasonable rates. They have been in the area a long time and are reputable. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. John Black worked diligently for months directly with our commercial insurance company for a replacement roof on our office building on Creedmoor Road in Raleigh. He went above and beyond. The work crew were conscientious about safety above our multiple entrances and around the parking lot. The roof looks great and no more leaks! We were so pleased we also used B & B Roofing at our home. Would not hesitate to highly recommend this company for commercial or residential roofing issues.
He finally answered his mobile phone and told me he was going to be in my area the very next day and he would stop by, but again, he never showed up. Now he won't answer any of my calls to his mobile phone nor return any calls from his office or mobile number.
I started calling B & B over a month ago, sometimes leaving messages on their "office" phone, which is never answered by anyone nor were any of my calls returned. I then started calling John Black on his mobile telephone. When I told him I was having problems with my shingles, he said he would be out in three days. When he didn't show up, I called repeatedly attempting to get him only to get his voice mail where I left my name, telephone numbers, and again stated my problems. My calls were ignored and didn't get any returned calls from Mr. Black.
