Traveling from Charlotte for a sports event and had a fantastic experience. The staff is very patient and energetic, and the vibe makes you feel welcomed and happy to be there. The food was also marvelous and overall was amazing enough to make me write a review, which I don’t normally do. High recommend, I would come back but I live 3 hours away, sadly!
This place is fantastic! They are polite, quick, and are eager to make the customers happy. They are fair priced and overall consistent and the delivery of customer experience. Shout out to the staff for being awesome!
My fiance and I ate at this restaurant today with our crazy kids and our experience was great! The food was tasty and service was wonderful, but what really stood out was the man at the front when we ordered. I wish I would have asked his name. I think he was a manager but I'm not sure. He was a caucasian man maybe in his 30's with hazel eyes. He was such a pleasure. He was joking a lot with us and was very patient while we took forever to order our food. We will definitely return!!!!
We just tried Tijuana Flats for the first time. I was a little leary because my child has special needs and can be overwhelmed by loud and dark restaurants. He did great and the servers were so kind, especially our server Allie. The manager (I assume) Jennifer came out to answer a question about allergies for me, and was very kind. They truly did go above and beyond. This will become a regular spot for us.
