Last night, my family and I went to go see Thor. We ordered 3 sweet teas and 3 burgers, one without sauce. It look them until halfway through the movie to come back with 1 unsweetened tea, 1 water, and a missing third drink. The burgers came, were disgustingly grimy and all three were covered in sauce. We consecutively asked the waitress 3 times for the missing drink, and to correct the others. She changed one, left one, and we wended up leaving the theater without ever receiving the third. On top of that, the place was as dirty as I've ever seen it, and it was a Wednesday. There is just really no excuse for that. Especially considering they turned the house lights on before we could even see the end credit scene (this is a Marvel movie and it's important!) just so they could theoretically "clean". I guess we had it good though, because with 7 minutes to spare of the movie, we saw people JUST receiving their food. On the way out we saw 4 different angry families looking for staff to complain to. I used to drive 40 minutes to come here, but forget it. I will NEVER come back.

Two words: AMC sucks! This place was so great when it was the original Ovation cinema. I live in Willow Springs and would go out of my way to come here, but in the last couple months (since the buyout) it has gone down fast.

Seating was very comfortable. It was nice to have food & beverage service at your seat. However, I was actually very chilly throughout the movie, even with a down coat. The prices for the food, except for burgers, was steep & alcoholic beverage prices were very high, in my opinion. The servers were not very accommodating. Our burgers & fries were dropped off without any offers of condiments and no question of if any were desired. While we may go back to see a movie, we probably won't utilize the 'at your seat food service' in the future but will instead go to a restaurant before or after.

I held off on going due to the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I love it when this happens! I will definitely be back!

I placed and paid for my order before the movie started for my 5 year old son and the bill arrived but the food didn't. I was refunded my money and no one was rude about the situation but they were not apologetic either. It was as if they did not care. On the bright side the movie was good but don't show up with a hungry 5 year old. There are other movie theatres in the area that provide the same services with an older (not still in high school) professional staff. You are paying top dollar for this service might aswell get what you pay for in return.

I really like this place. The staff is always extremely considerate, and they do their best to make sure you have the ultimate movie watching experience. (I did see one review saying that there were paper towels just on the counter in the bathroom. I saw this too, and I do think this is one thing they could improve. However, their bathrooms were clean when I was there. As far as higher prices go, their pricing is no different than any other movie theater I've been to. Yes, food is not always cheap, but it's not really super cheap at other movie theaters, either. Plus, it's fun to treat yourself sometimes, as the food is pretty decent. If you are worried about pricing, you may want to try $5.00 movie night on Tuesday and eat before you go. It's a great treat just to even sit in their comfortable reclining chairs and simply to have a drink while watching the show.)

Great Movie Experience! I took my 25 year old son on a date last night. The service was great, food was great, seats were very comfortable and the price was VERY reasonable.
