Jennifer is the BEST! I have called many times for help and this girl comes through every time! Whenever... I need something done...within a day she gets it done! My insurance is with Erie and I love the rates I am getting. I have saved a lot of money after leaving Allstate. I really don't know the other people in the office but, they all seem very pleasant. I don't ever have to visit the office because Jennifer makes it so easy. I just call or email her and she takes care of it. Great customer service!
I've worked with this agency for many years (10+?), purchasing Erie through them. Everyone in the office has been a pleasure to work with. Often times I'm able to take care of changes via email and Jennifer, Christina, and Holli have always promptly responded. I usually work with Jennifer, but all are great. And Erie has been a great company to work with despite a couple of accidents (one my fault). Zero complaints with RDU or with Erie.
