Warm helpful staff, quality produce and delicious deli selections make Lowes Foods my favorite market.
Good quality; high prices to go with it. I also find their policy with a "store card" copy of their membership card to be annoying: One day they have them, the next time it's "we don't have a store card anymore", the next they have one again. I generally refuse to give stores my phone number, so I basically get a new store card every time I go and then throw it away later.
Clean and organized. Super awesome customer service! You can sip a bit of wine or a beer while you shop. They often have food demos and free samples. Fresh baked bread and cakes and other yummy stuff. Good experience!
Lowes foods has a great variety of products for a wide variety of people. I personally like their tidy produce section, beer den with a wide variety of beverages, and prepared food options. Great place to shop if you are looking for cleanliness, but the cost of items is typically higher than any other grocer I've been to.
Prices are comparable to Harris Teeter, but I feel we get better quality products at HT for the money.
