Patient, but lowering to 3 stars, because they take forever to respond to you after the initial meeting. Nothing has a price. Everything must be looked up. Decisions take way too long and are harder to make with information so slowly forthcoming.
Called and asked about Ditra. After waiting on hold for "sales", the person has no idea about anything. Asked if I had an item number or SKU. The person stated the manager knew more, but wasn't there and was asked to be transferred to his voicemail. The person couldn't look up anything unless I had their internal item number and had no idea what's Ditra, despite it being a common premium product. Quite odd their "sales" person didn't know what they sell, nor understands what is needed for tiling flooring.
Good service, though they haven't much on display and it would be easier if you look on their website
Very helpful with selecting new carpet for our home! There was a wide variety of options that the sales person explained well and provided recommendations based on our needs and budget.
They will complete the job in a timely manner. However, their prices are outrageous compared to other tile, flooring, and carpet companies……even for the basic spec house low end materials!!!!
