My preferred Wal Mart. It's not quite the closest, but it's the least crowded and most convenient to me.
If you use the store expect a Walmart on par with any newer Walmart. However please avoid the grocery pickup program, it's not worth your time or frustration!
Helpful and nice employees. Walmart always has fresh fruit and good prices. This store is no exception.
This location is one of the few currently in the Walmart Grocery pickup program. However this program is the primary reason for the moderate review. The store is nice enough but the grocery pick up has given us more trouble than it's worth. The scheduled pick up often takes a half hour or more due to the lack of staff working. Items are often missing or 'out of stock' yet they could have been purchased in the store. If an item was out of stock, no notice was given prior to pick up so you have no way to make adjustments. In other words, don't make plans based on what you ordered. It is possible that it simply will not be in the order when picked up.
All of this is possible to work with, but the biggest complaint is with billing. This program can't seem to get its billing system in order and can take weeks before any actual charge is made. So if you see the pending charge on your card disappear be sure to confirm the charge actually went through. They put me in a tight spot because they screwed up their billing and didn't process the charge. I paid off my card when no pending charges were noted (without confirming each line item of charges). Now weeks after the order they are recharging the card. They need to work this out as it has a huge potential to impact families budgeting. It is not reasonable to expect a store to take weeks to process a simple charge.
Not so bad, took star away for store not being clean
We love the store, but the garden area has a lot to be desired. My wife is a gardening enthusiast. Today she went to buy some annuals, and they are all in pretty bad shape!! Almost dead. My wife asks an employee and was told plants need twice a day watering and there is not enough staff to do this. If she wants to do it, she is told to put an application in the front. My wife offered to do it for free! WOW!!!! No wonder Home Depot or Lowes garden area is always full. Because they protect their merchandise.
