Got a gift certificate after complaining about long wait times...45 min wait on a Wednesday night....These folks can't flip tables.
Took months to use the gift certificate b/c wait times continued to be insane. Finally got a table on another Wednesday night and was approached by a server with a mop. How appetizing! You can't make this up:)
Slow kitchen service. Good food. Decent table service. Good cocktail beverage service. The flavored teas are great. Withoutadoubt. Would go again. Needs cleaned seriously cleaned though.
Got seated really fast, friendly service, and food was out in a timely and accurate fashion. Have eaten here a few times in the past with no complaints.
The good news is that the mop was soaked with vomit. Another server witnessed my horror and took over our table. Food and service after that was mediocre so why would we ever go back? Long waits and servers who must have been released from the mental ward at Wake Med. Really annoying that I live 5 minutes away. Try the Chili's in Beaver Creek for a slightly better experience.
The entrance was dirty when we walked in. Paper, wrappers, crayons on the floor in the entrance. It wasn't particularly busy. Our waitress was mediocre at best. Service was VERY slow. Our food took at least 45 minutes to an hour to come out, if not more. Two people in our party of four just got chicken tenders so it should've been pretty quick. Our food was cold when it finally arrived. I was starving so I just ate mine, they did a terrible job on the fajitas. The coating on the pan they came in came off and was mixed in with the chicken, peppers, and onions. Even the chicken tenders and fries were cold even though they should've been fresh out of the fryer. The waitress took the fajitas off of our bill, but this place was a train wreck. The food was absolutely terrible. We could've went to the grocery store, bought all the ingredients, and cooked it at home in the time it took them to make our meals. It would've been a lot cheaper and definitely much tastier. Never eating here, or any other Chili's, again. The chain is one of the worst.
